Reuse paper towel rolls into Yule log favors

4. Yule Log Favor Boxes

Need something to wrap small gifts and tokens of love? Martha Stewart offered a great solution for reusing toilet and paper towel rolls by crafting them into small yule logs. Cut paper towel rolls into two pieces or simply use a toilet paper roll. You can either purchase paper that resembles wood or draw lines and shading on the roll to make it look like a log. Martha offered clip art which resembles Birch trees, just remember to use recycled paper or the backs of scratch paper to print out the images. Here are the the easy-to-follow instructions where she also adorns the tops with glittered bird’s nests.
