0The Benefits of Eating Walnuts
I grew up believing that walnuts improve brain function and mainly memory, and although I had never received any explanation from my parents I had found a proof of that theory in the brain shape of the walnut. After all, if you eat brains, there is no way you don’t get at least a bit smarter, right? Not only is this theory proved already but I am happy to report that you can increase your health condition on almost all levels with the help of walnuts – fresh and dry. And you can get walnuts alone or in delicious nut-based bars like KIND Bars.
So next time you see walnuts in the grocery store, don’t shy away – just a handful of walnuts a day will definitely keep the doctor away!
