Heart

Walnut-rich diet will lower the bad cholesterol level in your blood, thus keeping you well away from heart disease. On the other hand, walnuts reduce the risk of developing blood clots that can cause heart attack. Walnuts also lower the risk of inflammation and increase the quality of your blood, infusing your blood sells with Omega-3 fatty acids.
