4. Reduce Inflow of Information
Clean up your RSS reader. It is easy to get tangled up in hundreds of RSS feeds that don’t bring useful information. We often have this urge to keep what at first impulse looks valuable. When you try to distinguish between important and unimportant feeds ask yourself:
– Have I checked this feed in the past week?
– Did I learn something important?
If both answers are no, the RSS feed is free to go!
Limit your exposure to advertising. The point of advertising is to make you believe you need stuff you actually don’t. If you manage to free your life from advertisements you will have the freedom to choose for yourself.
