Bobbing for apples isn’t just for kids, this treat appeals to the masses. Both apples and pears are high in fiber making them a good choice for sustainable energy. If you want good heart health but aren’t keen on red wine than apples and pears come in for the save. The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition reports the same flavonoids in red wine are also found in the combination of apples and pears.
