You should check out the American Sustainability Initiative – AmeriSus for short. They have a few projects underway now but plan to be the only and largest national supplier of smaller, attractive, affordable, super efficient, sustainable homes. This coming January they will be marketing in fifteen states with the goal of putting 12,000 homes in place that will save the energy equivalent of a 250 mega watt coal fired power plant.
