We need your Feedback to Build the Best Green Jobs Site

Yesterday we wrote to tell you that Important Media is building the best green jobs site ever. With our team of brilliant writers and editors curating some of the world’s most popular sustainability websites, we’re sure we can build a great site for green job seekers and job posters alike.

What’s our end goal of our green jobs site? We want every job to be a green job. Studies show that green jobs are growing at a rapid pace throughout all sectors, and we are so excited to be a part of the transition to a cleaner, greener economy. Becky Streipe from Eat. Drink… Better says, “It’s a potentially world-changing project, and I wish this resource had been available back when I was looking to change my career. There is room in the new green economy for all of us, and it’s exciting to be working on a project that will support folks who might otherwise feel stuck in their current jobs.”

But we need your help to make it the best.

We’ve created this simple survey to help gauge which features you want to see on the site. What will make your job posting or job seeking experience better? How can we ensure that our service is a win-win for both posters and seekers? Tell us what you need and we’ll work with our web developer to implement the best features.

You can support our green jobs site in two ways:

  1. Donate a dollar to our crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo. Each dollar helps to support the site and build a job network that supports sustainable jobs across the world.
  2. Fill our our quick survey: just a few questions to narrow down which features you’d find the most helpful. There’s even a space for brain-dumping, so share all your thoughts about the perfect greens jobs site. We can’t wait to see what you share with us!
