0Make Green Lifestyle Your Protest Against Greed
Maybe camping out in New York’s Liberty Park isn’t on your agenda, though you’d like to. Maybe you’re in a small Nebraska town just trying to get by but want to take a stand against corporate greed. Maybe you’re a student, low on funds but high on hope and enthusiasm for a better future. One of the easiest protests you can take part in is living a green life.
Here are 4 ways to make the green lifestyle your protest against greed.
1. Walking and Biking
Walking or biking is the most green travel method possible. With no reliance on oil companies for fuel, only the food in your stomach, there is also no monthly car payment or maintenance costs for a vehicle. Google maps actually offers a method for clicking on transportation routes using both walking and biking making travel even more efficient. It might be surprising to see how close your favorite market is or how a daily bike ride to and from the office is actually possible.
