4. Store Sour Cream and Enjoy
Once your sour cream thickens and develops it’s character, store in the refrigerator for up to a week and a half, depending on your settings. Using glass containers help keep the sour cream at a consistently cold temperature. Also, remember to use a clean spoon to scoop out each serving to avoid contamination.
