3. Lemons in Beauty Treatments

Turns out that interesting beauty regime your grandma used of rub her elbows with a lemon was even more potent than most over-the-counter exfoliants. Lemon juice does a fabulous job of removing dead skin cells unleashing healthy glowing replacements. And summer camp experiments of spritzing lemon juice to add highlights was right on track as a natural beauty enhancer. Do you have stained nails from red or pink polish? Simply soak your nails in lemon juice or cover nails in a lemon juice-saturated cotton ball.
