5. Huddle for Warmth

This is one time when snuggling is mandatory. Especially at night, families should sleep together and huddle for warmth. You can actually remove some of the layers of clothing since the body heat beneath the sheets and blankets will maintain the warmth. This is one way to actually turn an annoying situation into a fun family memory. If you’re sleeping solo, make sure to add several layers of blankets which can be added and removed as needed throughout the night.
