2. Cover Your Hands
Just like your head, the body releases heat through the hands as well. It’s important to keep your fingers dry and warm. Gloves are a good choice but if you don’t have any work requiring nimble fingers, mittens are the way to go. Not just for children, mittens use the body’s warmth with all the fingers coming together to produce more heat. If you don’t have gloves or mittens then try to keep your hands tucked into pockets or wrap them in a scarf to form a muff.
