4. Place Yogurt in the Oven
There are several ways to keep yogurt warm, but using the oven is one of the easiest. Simply place containers in a cake pan at least two inches deep. Add about 1 and 1/2 inches of warm water and place the pan in the warm oven. Close the door and wait. The yogurt may thicken in about three hours but if you like a more sour yogurt, then let the mixture sit longer. At this point, it’s all about taste so simply remove and taste to preference and then move to the refrigerator.
