3. Cover Your Feet

Like the hands, warm feet can help generate warmth for the rest of the body. Thick socks will not only keep feet dry, but toasty as well. You could even sprinkle chili powder in your socks since the heat adds another layer of spicy warmth. Use caution if you try this with little ones and makes sure you wash your hands well after. If it gets cold enough than a few layers of socks may be in order. Try thinner socks first layering thicker socks as you go.
