Our Precious Marine Habitat

I’m sure you’ve heard about plastic garbage patches in various oceans, including the Pacific and the Atlantic. Single use disposable plastic bags and other plastics have littered oceans and created uninhabitable environments for marine life.

A company called Reusable Shopping Bags is trying to educate consumers to stop using disposable plastic bags with this infographic on what’s inhabiting our ocean and why we should protect this precious marine habitat.

Now, I don’t know about you, but I think the marine life has the right to live happily in its environment, without eating plastic, the way nature intended.

Don’t you?
