The Benefits of Eating Walnuts


Diabetes is not just about blood sugar control and insulin metabolism. Most people suffering from type 2 diabetes have a high risk of developing cardiovascular malfunctions. Therefore, even a relatively small but regular daily consumption of walnuts will do magic to the cardiovascular system and the blood fat composition. The fiber contained in walnuts not only helps lower your cholesterol but is also believed to help prevent diabetes.
