A smaller home does not have to be a step down as especially in recent months more people are going for houses they can afford which will be smaller homes that will need compared to larger homes that will be expensive and too big for them. Smaller home are good as the room a home owner will home is essential space and will not be wasted and bills such as heating will be lower as homes will be cheaper to heat and electricity will not be wasted is room that are not used.
