There\'s some great tips in there but one thing that concerns me, and I see a lot of in the city is how people DRIVE to a place to bike or run. Doesn\'t that defeat the purpose? I fortunately live near the beach but I see people driving from near and far to run or bike. I see people biking in circles and then hopping in their huge cars to go 2 miles to the grocery store. It\'s insane! Americans really have to shift their views and how t o incorporate their being \"green\", being efficient, and being healthy. If you bike to work or the grocery store or a restaurant, you\'re doing all 3. We need to think beyond our comfort zone.
